The Lahara is a DIAMOND Seal two handle faucet, so each handle has its own ceramic valve rather than a stem with seats and springs. Delta’s answer to a drip on this model is a new RP60400.
Before you start. Shut off the two small valves under the sink by turning them clockwise, then open the faucet to confirm the water has stopped. Plug the drain so small parts cannot fall in. You will need a screwdriver, an adjustable wrench or pliers, and for most handles a hex key (an Allen wrench, sold as an inexpensive set at any hardware store). If a shutoff valve will not turn or starts to drip, or anything is corroded and will not loosen with moderate force, stop and see when to call a plumber. New to this? Start here explains the parts and tools in plain language.

Taking it apart
- Pry the index button off the leaking handle and remove the screw. Lift the handle off.
- Remove the handle base and gasket (RP64264).
- Unscrew the bonnet nut and lift the valve out.
Repairs for this faucet
- Drip from the spout: replace the RP60400 valve on the side that drips (Delta recommends replacing both)
- Pop-up drain leaks or sticks: lift rod and clevis adjustment
- Hot and cold reversed: swap the supply lines
- Low pressure: aerator or wand screen
