Glacier Bay two handle faucets use quarter-turn ceramic stems, one per handle, and the hot and cold stems open in opposite directions. On the Builders 67091W and Teapot 67092W they are RP20067 (hot) and RP20068 (cold); on the 67704W widespread, RP70193 (hot) and RP20079 (cold). Replace the side that drips.
Before you start. Shut off the two small valves under the sink by turning them clockwise, then open the faucet to confirm the water has stopped. Plug the drain so small parts cannot fall in. You will need a screwdriver, an adjustable wrench or pliers, and for most handles a hex key (an Allen wrench, sold as an inexpensive set at any hardware store). If a shutoff valve will not turn or starts to drip, or anything is corroded and will not loosen with moderate force, stop and see when to call a plumber. New to this? Start here explains the parts and tools in plain language.

- Shut off both stops and open both handles.
- Pry off the H or C index cap (RP10004 or RP10005). Remove the handle screw (RP50003) and lift the handle.
- Unscrew the bonnet nut (RP70435).
- Pull the stem out.
- Install the hot stem on the left and the cold on the right. Do not swap them; they will not shut off properly on the wrong side.
- Refit the bonnet, handle, screw, and cap.
If your model’s stems are not published, match a generic by broach shape and length: Everbilt 24041 (2 1/4 inch half-moon broach, hot), Everbilt 86854 (1 15/16 inch square broach), Danco 3S-15H and 3S-15C.
